yes, you can take the metro, which i am thinking about doing myself... the only problem is the closest metro station to usc is still 3-4 miles away, which means you'll have to cab/bus it from there. Also i don't know if the day pass is valid for 24 hrs or until the end of the day. you should call em and find that out first.

you said "3 or 4 miles away from USC" why would i be trying to get there? is that where edc is gonna be? |

the Coliseum Grounds where EDC is to be located is right next to USC and is where the football team plays and basketball team did until this year. |

| You would need to take the Metrolink (train) to Union Station. There you can catch the Metro (subway/bus). Maybe best to catch a cab from Union Station? Will the Metrolink be running Sunday morning? |

the "Metrolink" (train) seems not to run as often as the "Metrorail" (subway) on the weekends...especially from where i need to go...but who knows, I will look into it more...thanks man
oh, and it looks like the "Metrolink" also is more costly than the "rail"
