We don't get the same kindof Mexicans in Canada frenchie. They actually have to have enough to fly here and are generally a from a different class. Mexicans pretend to only know Spanish when cops stop them.Thats why cops compare them to billiard balls.The harder you hit them, the more "english" you get.
