people were getting let in regardless if they ahd to wait 3 days or not. So now they just get in.
I am assuming it will be put back in place... |

I don't have a problem with them being approved immediately, as long as there's a process in place that weeds out alts and spam accounts. As much as I'd like to trust spam filters, it's been clear they haven't worked as efficiently as when we had someone go through and hand-approve new users.
In addition, it's allowed for everyone and their eighth cousin that gets suspended to create an alt and continue posting until their suspension is up. I miss the days where you actually wouldn't see a user post for a few weeks. :p |

Or, if I get the West Coast mod I'd volunteer to do it. There's not much in the West Coast section that needs modding, so I'd have free time to take care of it. Well, depending on how many people sign-up a day. :p |
