| kant believe the weekend is gone. the work week is just around the corner again. on a positive note i made myself a decadent burger for dinner. on a whim i mixed shredded cheese into the patty, salt, pepper, and a dash of wostershire sauce. Heavenly result with cheese perfectly melted and evenly distributed into each bite. :happy2: |

My wife is making baked talapia and by request, Stove Top stuffing. In the meantime, I'm going to drink my wine, get a nice buzz, and mix for a while. What a nice little Sunday evening.
