The drinking usually just comes with who you hang with as you start partying... If your crowd is about getting drunk/binge drinking at every outing then you may get used to it and see it as norma behaviourl... go at it a few years and you won't know any better.
I've met guys/gals who binge drink at clubs every weekend and its scary how some can't handle being sober... it's like they need to be stumbling in order to have fun and/or 'deal' with their issues. |

My opinion is that people ARE dumb
Not that because they drink theyre dumb
It's just blatantly obvious that drinking doesnt enhance people already low ability to think and be somewhat intellectually primed
Thats all I'm saying. I'm not passing judgement on those that consume alchohol (even though I am indeed passing judgemnt on most people)
As for Swampers comment, I totally know what you meen. I may be 18, but I've been in the club scene for 2 years and done countless parties, and the entry into college this year has only shown more substance abuse as being totally normal.
I too find it pathetic that some people feel the need to be ed in order to have fun, and thats why I started the thread, to find if anyone here can really get down to this dance stuff without being tweaked in anyway, cuz the fact of the matter is, and some dont want to admit it, they need to be
To each their own indeed, all I'm saying is what I believe. And as an obvious minority in the issue, like I said in the original post, I expect to be shat on a few million times in this thread since thats what people like to do best here on these online escapades just as some TA just did 3 posts back

i never use drugs/hardly drink when i go to the club. in fact, i think i only drank a maximum of two nights when i went to a show. i'm already crazy and a music lover sober, so i don't need to rely on it. |
