I reckon thats a guy named Santo Cilauro. The Molvania bit is a give-away, he is one of the authors (along with Tom Gleisner and Rob Sitch) of a series of fake tourist books, one was Molvania and another one was Phaic Tan. He's done some classic stuff, at a guess I'd say this was from either D-Gen or The Late Show (both early-mid 90's).
I'll still give $10 to anyone who actually plays that in a club though. |
