when all those n00bs were yelling "INFECTED INFECTED INFECTED," I did my best to drown them out with "MAFIOSO, MAFIOSO, MAFIOSO"
didn't quite work though...sorry buddy.
louis sick organization, everything ran like clockwork. The venue is amazing (just a bit hot/sweaty), no lineup, alcohol, full crowd. Markess/malek/louis directing traffic on stage with Sad Mafioso KILLIN it before IM.
This was a nice close to the debauche that was the past week :crazy: |

I have to say that it was EASILY by far the best night of the year, not only because of the music, but mostly because the way it was organised.
Two tumbs up and congrats to Louis for his wonderful job and his professionalism, the guy is ing 21 years old and he hosted an event that was 10x better organised then any other events producted by anyone in this city, that shows how much he cares about the scene and the fans, not only for his pocket. And by the way...it was finally not in an ugly small club or in a dark and suffocating ty afterhours, goddamn Olympia is crazyyyyy what a good idea. Im not saying this because he's my good friend, but because that night was ing awesome, everyone that was there would say the same, nobody complained, no line up even if there was a huge one already at 9h25, everybody entered so fast, the crowd was crazy, the sound, the music, the artists, the staff, the backstage tralala, everything was perfect.
Bender was crazy as always, perfect to start this night, personally I find that he's by far the DJ that plays the best kind of music in Montreal.
And now Sad Mafioso, maybe he's one of my best friend, but god damn...Im not bullting, he really killed it, tonight he showed how good he is and it was his best performance so far and I wish that some promoters were there to see the guy, lol so ing crazy haha bouncing like a rockstar and throwing water bottle in the crowd while pumping ultra in your face electro-tech. The crowd were going crazy for him.
Im really not a fan of Infected mushroom, but live its absolutely nothing compared to their CDs. They ripped the place off, they are sick sick sick sick and so was the crowd. Its like a rock show, drummer guit keyboard singer now you're talking, even if you don't like them you have to show them some respect for the wonderful live act job, it's 10x more cooler than seeying a DJ spinning burned CDs.
Malek and Marcus were crazy too haha, you guys took so many shots/vids you will make this night memorable
Thx to Louis and his hard work on this one and I hope him the best for his futur with Citizen ;) |

I was a bit far on the dancefloor so the bass wasn't felt that much while IM was playing, but the energy was there !!! WOW
I kinda prefered JP's set cause it was more danceable for me. His productions are really worth being played by big djs.

and yeah of course sad mafioso....just too good...the tracks AND the crowd-pumping ...man ahahah, everybody was going crazy....i didnt stay for IM though it sure look like it was awesome...

One thing I know of this event is that Citizen or Louis and Dominick..... you did everything you need to think for a great event! Respect so much..... even if I'm your good friend, I think you need to know that you are so much professional, you will always impress me buddy. bububububu
I went on the second floor to look the show.... the venue was perfect for everyone.... an awesome vibe. When I arrived, Sad was playing and outch!! lollll
Third time I saw IM and it was very experimental for me to listen to them. I really enjoy it!!!
Nice to see, Ulrich, Vermz, Meo, Marcussssss, Malek, Euterke, Sad Mafioso, Bender, Faithfull, Driss and .... lol :)
What's next for Citizen?? heheheh
