On a not so completely unrelated note, and while I think Jamie Lidell is pretty good, I believe the aforementioned title belongs to our beloved Robert van Winkle! |

| Jaime Lidell is brilliant. Him and Matthew Herbert are hands down my favorite artists. I have all his solo stuff plus all his supercollider CDs in my collection. He was booked here in Miami last summer by a promoter that does "indie" scene type of things and it was the really cool party. Lidell's live PA consists of a sampler and live vocals (he wore a bath robe and a helment). |

| the whole Multiply album will be in my CD player for years to come. it's one of those albums I can imagine showing to my grandchildren and going "THIS is what music is all about." seriously :) dude's a freakin' genius, and know that amazing voice of his? it's ten times better live. no joke. |
