realize that all ur stresses and problems are in ur mind.. there is no physical stress, problem, depression that you can see or feel, its all in your head. so realize that at this moment you are perfectly fine, and the impact of ur problems/worries/anxieties is all in your mind...yes the bills need to be paid, or the car needs to be fixed or whatever, but all these things are creating madness in ur mind.

so- just realizing this should calm you down a bit. all things will get done in due time, so stop stressing it, just focus ur attention on the present moment


what do i do when im stressed or feel like sh*t? i just laugh at how my mind is making such a huge deal of something that really isnta big deal at all. im doing well, theres nothing or no one bothering me except what my mind is telling me.
