What an exciting day actually!
I oversleep and I get to miss class, and then I remember that I had to repark my car in the streets cause of street cleaning, and I didn't do that. So now I also get to pay a parking ticket!
YEAH! |

So much for that lasting. Today is crappy. My shoulder pain is like an 8 out 10 today, and my bosses are annoying the out of me.

If I didn't start work so early I would still get up at the same time for the same reason as you. |

you see normally i'd do that, but here in manhattan, after work is the worst to work out, every treadmill, eliptical, and bike is taken. machines you have to wait for and benches there is like a line of people waiting to use them lol...
atleast in the morning its all old people so i get to do my without anyone bothering me... |

yea actually you're right. when i used to be a member at 24 hour fitness, we would go after dinner time...like around 8, and it wasn't that bad at all. but the few times that i went right after work, it was just like that. so annoying. i'm fine with working out later in the evening too, but sometimes it made me restless. after a workout, i'm tired, but at the same time it gives you energy and i'd just lay there wide awake until like 2 a.m. if i worked out any later than 8:30/9:00 and had a protein shake before bed. |

| yea i was all friggin gung-ho about that boxing class. it kicked my ass and i loved it because when you’re in a class and u have a hot instructor who plays good hip hop music, you don’t wanna wimp out so you keep going, and that’s the best motivator for me to stay in shape. lol but now i can't go back because of my neck/shoulder injury. i gotta find something else to do, and it's really hard to find a cardio-type of exercise that i enjoy. i'm gonna try mountain biking on saturday with my girlfriend...we'll see. i wanna box though:( |

I would like boxing too, and I know I'd be good at it. I've been approached on more than one occasion by boxing coaches (no ting) at clubs while I was dancing. They either asked me if I was interested in boxing, or if I already was a boxer, cause of the way I move/carry myself/am light on my feet.
If I was a more dedicated person, I would think very seriously about doing it competitively. The idea of getting my head knocked in is quite a good deterrent though, lol. I like my brain just the way it is.
Dance classes would be more appropriate for me I think. I've been saying for years that I wanted to do it, I'm just so broke and lazy. |
