I can already see the comments comming in but for those of you that like him, voila.

Neutral comment. (we need at least one of those, and I sacrifice my comment)

I enjoyed that interview even though I don't like Tiesto. Got the more out of Tiesto as a person than just Tiesto the DJ

So

He's as boring in interview as he is live ....

.. and as his music !

Hey to each their own and I fully respect your comment. To give you an example "Air Drawn Dagger" when it came out lasted about a 5 minutes in my ride before getting thrown out the window while I was driving down the 405 freeway. How ever I do respect what he has done with music as a whole and simply was not my taste.
Enjoy
I guess that explains who you book, lol.

Actually we have booked Sasha many times as well as almost everyone else you can think of. www.globalgathering.co.uk for an example.

I was clearly stating a point that even I too do not like certain things and yes we all have the right to expess how we feel.

The reality is the most of the people I like, the town of Montreal really has no interest; how ever everyone has a right to their own opinion no matter if it is right or wrong.

It just get's really old when people say the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over anbd over and over..............

I have no problem disclosing any of this as everyonme has it's own tastes.

- Eddie Halliwell (kills it)
- Tiesto
- Jon Askew (kills it)
- Paul Van Dyk
- Matt Darey
- Armin
- Ferry
- ATB (kills it)
- Kyu and Albert
- Marco V
- Above and Beyond
- Roger Sanchez
- Phynn
- DJ Peran

Yes I am a full fledge trance head and I am sure people from MTL are going to say something about this, how ever this is what I grew up on and it seems that the West Coast embraces trance alot more and really at the end of the day, this is what makes me smile.

To be honest I would never go see a Sasha, Digweed, Lawler or Danny T show, how ever I fully respect their contribution to the scene and do feel their talents are superb for what they do, I just can't understand it for one reason or another which I think has to do with when I started, trance was my first serving and all my friends that I hung out with liked it as well.

I compltely respect peoples opinions but you have to admit some people just keep saying the same thing over and over and it dioes get mundane.

To be completely honest I also used to hate EDM until this blond girl in Australia said eat this :) then my entire life changed.

Feel free to bag on my muscial choice if you want as this is an open discussion and I am not going to take it personal.

Anyways over and out and have a good one.

dude, well i know i wont bash on you, im a trance head aswell (but since there isnt a lot here, i have learn to like house).

God, i would die to see a line up like PVD with Marco V and Matt D. Marco V knows how to destroy a room, actually most of your list (minus tiesto), i would love to see in a big events. And i am damn sure there is a lot of other people in Montreal that would love to aswell.

Actually... when was the last time Matt D and Marco V were in Montreal?

I fully agree with you and feel that all these guys should come over every now and then if not find somehting that can work for 500 people weekly and give MTL what is has been missing all these years.

I have actually been thinking of devoting a trance night to where where we do bring over people like I have mentioned and more.

Cosmic Gate (great productions)
Marcel Woods
4 Strings(great productions, even though it is a bit fluffy)

the list could go on

The thing is will it work as far as finacially for the people who put on the event and will there be enough response as far as people showing up to see these artists and not have an empty room for the town to then go back and say the night was and no one was there.

It is a double sword that can cut you either way.

On the west coast where I live you can book anyone of these guys and 2000 people show up. It is a comepltely differnt situation how ever we have alot more people to draw from so maybe that is why it works.

I full respect the house scene and everyone in it, how ever I would seriously love to try something out different which I feel will take time. We (my self especially) are working on it and are looking to see if something can change as at the end of the day trance really is my passion.

I guess only time will tell and either way we have to just keep trying differnt things and see what works and what does not.

Just thank god at the end of the day we are not listeing to 36 mafia or that song that has the chrous with something like "when the sweat drips off my balls" and skeet skeet skeet what ever because that it pure crap IMO.
