FL notes length changed

in FL6 in piano roll why are my notes are slightly bigger than normal and overlapping in the next space so it needs to jump to the box after that?
the notes are marginally bigger and i cant paint a full line of them. it skips a box because the last note overlaps just slightly.
i must have changed a setting, does anyone knowwhat it is?

| If you hold "alt" in the piano roll, you can drag a note to any size you want in ticks, rather than in steps. ALso if you drag all the notes you want to change the length to, and hold alt, you can change all the sizes at the same time :) |
