The more money you make, the less you get back. My moms husband got nearly nothing, my mom about the same. Some people get not even 100$, blows. So, perhaps you make more than us? |

i dunno how it works everywhere else cuz florida only had ONE TAX while New York has atleast 2.. 3 if ur in the city
but if u file 1 in ur W-2 they take less from ur paycheck = less money at the end of the year
if u file 0 they take more money from ur paycheck but u get a bigger sum at the end of the year. |

i filed mine for free online; and got it directly deposited about 7 days later. NO PAPERWORK! it was fantastic.

I dunno about that. when i had my best year i got back $8k. That was the year i made the most money in a year & had my highest tax return. I wish i got back that much this year. |

Really? Interesting.
When I made more I got less back, the year I made less I got more back no joke. Last year I made quite a bit of money and my return was laughable, but the year before that I wasn't working much because of intense school and soccer and my return was very very nice. |
