2 Rooms for rent: Downtown next to CZ

Since there was some interest in the other room for rent thread.
Here are the details:
Sublet - May 1st - August 31st
Two rooms available in a 4 bedroom home for summer sublet. Room on main floor is $530 (partially furnished or unfurnished) , upstairs is $560 (furnished or unfurnished). Front porch, two car garage, backyard, washer/dryer, newly renovated kitchen, living room, bathroom to be shared between two people, two floors of home (basement apartment has seperate entrance.)
Close to U of T, OCAD, 24 hour College Street car, etc.
Share with two students (one female, one male). They are awesome roommates and I would really love to find someone they will get along with to sublet these rooms. They deserve fun roommates for the summer and so far all the TA people I have met are amazing and would get along great with my roommates.

You were right, she was perfect! :D
And she is taking the room on the main floor so if anyone else is interested just the room upstairs is available. |
