Trance acts go to see big names play some of their big tunes. Heck, I know I still do whenever I see Ferry and I've heard him play same awesome tunes every time. So no big anthems, apparently that makes the show sucky.
I don't notice that as much in house fans. You just go for the DJ and the style he plays, not necessary specific tunes he play.

Naw you're not talking out of your ass, makes sense.
For me, trance was about that but slowly became about their style, (or was a combination of both of those, big tunes and style). That's why I like house more because it's a bit of both now, in comparison to trance which is less about their own style as of late like I said. |
