Hehe yeah. For me it's just about my privacy and anonymity, and the fact that I don't like superfluous crap in my life.
I just don't see the point of re-connecting with people if I have no intention of forming some kind of solid relationship with them. I already have a circle of people of people in my life to devote my time and attention to. And they give me all the time and attention I need.
Plus I'm from friggin' Barrie, everybody still knows everybody, lol.
I dunno, I think this whole internet networking world is kinda scary. I prefer actual human interaction.

Right here. Last thing I need is yet another distraction that tries to substitute for socializing and fails miserably. And every time I look at a myspace page I want to gouge my eyes out and bang my head against the desk.
Only thing even worse than myspace/facebook is Twitter. |
