Tony Blair blames murders on black culture

| i think it would have been more accurate if he said "gang culture". the "black" in "black culture" is too general and it assumes that all black people associate with the gangster culture. |

aren't they just the crypts and blood style street gangs though? there are plenty others that do not engage in violence. so Iguess we shall have to specify more! |

i think there are more violent gangs out there (i don't know the names). but yes, the crips and bloods are more known. |

No you're 100% wrong. I'm from London and it's mostly "blacks" that commit gun crimes and crimes in general. |
