Waazaa,
Decided to make an April Promo, I had made one and let a few people listen to it but after listening to it a hundred+ times myself I decided it sucked so I re-did it and I think this one doesn't suck as much.
It's mostly tech house stuff, with some proggy elements I 'spose.
It was mixed live, with Ableton Live, and the only toys I played with really were Side-Chains and filters, hope you all will give a listen and give detailed feedbacks (if you have time), I'm going on my 5th month of DJ'ing and am obviously still in need of advice.

from what I am listening to so far, it sounds very minimal with that deep proggy sound.
I may have to listen to it again another time, I need to be in the right mood to listen to this style. |

around the 40 min mark is where it catches my attention more Alex :)
Now since I don't dj either, unless a transistion from one song to the next is absolutely horrid I won't notice it. So from my perspective, so far so good.. lol :p
I can see the buildup in the set as well. I just think based on where I am at in the set now, the second half I will enjoy more. :) |
