When my washing powder fails to give off any freshness after a wash, I'll use a fabric freshner but NOT to freshen things that already give odour. If it gives an odour, it's still dirty imo.

if they look/smell dirty then i'll take 'em off and launder them, but i'm a fairly clean person and i hate having to make the bed.

also.. how many of you use top-sheets? i can't ing stand them. whenever i sleep on a bed with a top-sheet i always end up getting all twisted up in it and kicking it to the end of the bed...

I wash my sheets about every other week, sometimes 3 weeks. As some of you already know, I am super anal clean freak, so I know my sheets and bed are clean. I also vaccuum the matress when I am changing sheets.

Oh, and in total, I have three sheet sets, but I have only ever used one. The one I use are just plain ole blue sheets, and the other two are thermal sheet sets (really fuzzy... kinda like jammy pants,) and I've never bothered to pull them out of their packaging. Not to mention, one has snowflakes printed all over them, so I can only really use them during the winter, (or at least that's how I think).

Completely random. I honestly can't remember the last time I did. :wtf:

Don't make your bed.

wow... I do that too, but not that often. I flip the matress at each changing season, and I vacuum the matress aggressively with the rotating brush end.

Human skin, dust mites, can't think of those, but I know they're there. I replace my pillow every 2 years, since the average pillow gains 10% of its weight each year (you didn't want to know that).

High thread-count sheets are also very important (600 at least)... don't buy cheap walmart stuff. Good quality sheets make a girl very comfortable when she first sits on your bed.

Just a few sets of the 600 count, pure bliss........

I change the sheets every 2 weeks.

Quality Inns should advertise to the health conscious by telling them that sleeping there fills their daily protein requirement.
