ALot of girls will go out of their way to buy dildos and sex toys. I've sold sex toys before so i know all my clients were females. Im sure guys buy them too. but in general its mainly females. |

i dont ever watch porn, nor do i spend money on "toys". i don't like them at all actually.
the only time i buy toys or watch porn is when i'm with someone seriously and i want to surprise him/spice things up.

i think a large part of the sex toy sales is due to the novelty of them. think about how many people buy sex toys as gifts or gag presents for friend's birthdays, wedding showers, etc... i honestly don't see that many women going out to buy a double-ended massive black dildo that's 17" long and 5" thick just because they're single and horny.
guys don't buy them because they don't need them. internet porn and a hand seems to do the trick for most dudes... and if they are buying toys it's usually to be used with their girlfriend.
the only times i even stepped foot in an adult toy/video store was when i was drunk/high and the bars were closed and i wanted something to laugh at. i mean seriously, they keep some ridiculous stuff on the shelves there. i just can't take most of it seriously. |
