LA needs to make an events thread

because I need to know when is coming up so I can plan trips down there. I'm a poor starving student so I can't go very often, gotta make a trip count. I also have friends to visit before they graduate from USC and the like so I'm planning a trip for sometime in the next month or two, and need to know what music's gonna be happening when.
edit: I guess I could use the west ocean events thread, but it's so nice to have a chart in the SF thread that I'm now spoiled. |

Well if you're interested in coming to CIRCUS (Sat) or to the ARENA (Fri) when in LA, just PM for the guestlists. Most of time the guestlists = FREE B4 11:00pm/discount afterwards. That's pretty good for folks on a tight budget. |

it's mostly the airfare that becomes prohibitively expensive, hence wanting to find a weekend with awesome events.
I wish i had just done it for Danny Howells. Still kicking myself for missing that one. |
