Meh. If you (males and females) were to be rubbing your junk for any pleasurable reason then I'd probably tell ya to go hit the restroom if you're that horny. Because dandruff is dry flakes of skin off your scalp. You don't have a scalp anywhere but your head which = no dandruff any where else. |
