Im going to give this a try. Seems like a good change from my current breakfast for the past 2 weeks:
2 cups milk
1 and half scoops whey protein (chocolate)
1 tsp fiber boost
2 bananas
and blend
I dont care what they say about sliced bread , the greatest invention of all time has to be the blender |
Oh man my old roommate Cam(phlog) use to amke home made booster Juice all the time with frozen furits sketchy sunday morning they were the best brain food ever! |

It's amazing that you two don't throw a steak dinner in a blender, add some milk and eggs, and eat the result for dinner. I just don't understand some people. :conf: |
whats not to understand. I gym (so thats where the whey comes in) and wake up as late as I possibly can in order to make it to work on time so its either shower or hearty breakfast for me and this just provides a quick healthy fix.
Its not that I dont crave my sausages and eggs but 30 extra minutes of sleep seems to take priority. |

nothing
7 egg whites everyday is ridiculous..
having a yolk is good too soemtimes, its not JUST high in cholesterol and thats it. Yolk is good for digestion and all that jazz, having a couple would not hurt.. |

You know what I discovered for Sunday brunch after the Guv?
Sushi Island on College. Quality all you can eat sushi. Normally I don't feel like eating anything, but sushi seemed to have gone down easy, and the soy sauce/wasabi mix seems to get that next day fur off the tongue. Plus the food gives healthy energy needed the next day. |
Super Great IDEA!!! Will try after Armin this weekend. |

i'm gonna have to go ahead and agree with that.... for some reason i feel like i could stomach sushi on a sketchy sunday..... this could just be because i'm STARVING right now and haven't had sushi in a good two months though.... Maybe I too will attempt this after Armin this weekend :D
but usually i don't eat breakfast at all |

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so they say. I agree for the most part and therefore have a well rounded meal.
Usually:
A Bowl of corn flakes w/ raisins or cranberries w/ Lactose free 1% Milk
1 cup of fruit salad (I usually prepare this on Mondays and Wednesdays after work so I’m not rushed in the AM)
Some Vitamins and Mineral supplements
1 Protein Shake (1 Scoop Protein, 1 Part Milk, 1 Part Water, ½ Banana)
I’m good to go with this sort of combination for a few hours.
I rotate the cereal with Craisin Bran Cereal, unless someone is cooking breaky in the morning than I’m totally into eggs and Turkey/Chicken Bacon…Mmmm Good!!!
You think McPigs would come out with a Turkey/Chicken Bacon combinations…whatever! |
