Anyone in the bay area want to buy my camera?

While I love my camera, I've come to realize I don't utilize it nearly as much as it deserves. I don't get to go out that much these days so when I do I just want to enjoy myself and not worry about having to deal with a camera setup that cost me a couple thousand dollars.
So I'm thinking about selling it. I just need to get an idea of how much I could get for it first.
I need the money I could get for it, but don't want to sell it for some lowball price.!!!
I thought something was wrong with the camera for ahwile there, but turns out it's my flash that's screwy and when I was using my flash it'd cause the camera to act funky. Don't use the big flash I got for it and it works fine.
Technically the flash is fine, too...just a long time ago the shoe (base) of it chipped off and I bought a replacement piece and replaced it myself....but I could never get it on 100% tight so when it's attached to the camera it's connections aren't solid and it goes nuts.
So here's what I have. I am willing to sell it as one package or in parts...
Main Camera:
Canon Digital Rebel XT (350D) 8.0mp DSLR -- Black

Purchased in Sept 2005 and has been kept in a camera bag when not in use. In very good shape.
Will include camera bag (like $50 value)
Note the internal chipset in this camera is the same as the several thousand dollar 8mp Canon DSLR cameras...just it's a smaller version, controls are a little different, and features are slightly different. But as one main photographer told me one, "There's really no difference for what 90% of people need out of these cameras. We just have are forced to buy the $5,000 version because that's what publications see as professional."

Sigma Zoom Wide Angle-Telephoto 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro DF Autofocus Lens for Canon EOS
Price Bought at: $429 -- Price Brand New Now: Still $429 (price from B&H Photo Video)
I got lucky with this lens and it's VERY sharp. It's a Sigma lens so it's a little noisy but it's excellent quality! I need to find the screw caps to the lens, but they are around here somewhere.
Third Lens
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 lens.
Cheap plastic prime lens, but recommended as a must purchase for all photographers. Only like $75 brand new. Only used a few times.
Diffusers
Sto-Fen Diffuser
Gary Fong Diffuser (if I can find it ;p) -- believe Rukes uses this diffuser?
Memory Card
2GB memory card -- top of the line memory card at the time of camera's purchase. I'll have to pull it out of the camera and get details.
Batteries
I have two extended life batteries and the stock Canon battery. Though I'd have to find them. Only one I have that I know where is is one of the extended live battery. It can take hundreds of pics (over 500) on a single charge, no problem. I have never had a night where I've run out of battery.
Flash
Canon Speedlite 550EX Flash
Base is loose but if you got that repaired it'd work great. A place like wolf camera might be able to do somethign with it for dirt cheap, I dunno. When I got this flash it was being phase out for the 580EX model and which is pretty much the same thing but a little smaller and it goes for $450 or so. I think I paid like $400 for it, I forget.
Anyhow, if you are in the bay area and interested please reply or send me a PM. Feel free to give an offer. I have in mind prices I'm willing to sell it at and if you offer the right price you might be shocked to find me saying yes. I don't want to mention prices in the open just yet. :)
Need the money quickly if I am gonna go through with selling this.
