Third post in a row! I'm spending too much time remixing :p
Sean Tyas is having a comp for his track Melbourne (the place i live!), starting on the 19th and ending on feb the 28th!
http://www.crystalclouds.com/forum/...Article&sid=668
Sean Tyas's new single "Melbourne" will be released exclusively on AudioJelly on January 19th.
As part of the release, Sean will be making available the parts, again exclusively via AudioJelly on the same day for the remix competition.
You may download these parts free of charge, and subject to the terms and conditions which will be detailed at the time, use these parts to remix the track, the best of which will be released with a brand new Sean Tyas remix in May this year on Discover.
The closing date for the competition is the 28th February with the winners being announced on 31st March.
The judges will be John Askew, Sean Tyas and Chris Hampshire.
So get your production hats on and get ready for the 19th January!!
Vinyl will also be available from this date with all three mixes being made available on a limited edition special white label sampler.
In addition to that "Lift" is being repressed on vinyl as part of a sampler EP which includes Activa's This World/Affirmation on one side and the Original Mix and the previously unreleased John Askew Rework on the flip.
These are all in very limited quantities and can be ordered from the Recoverworld store.

You know I got quite excited when I saw your post as I really fancied a go at it, but that is just ridiculous. This isn't a Fisher Price production forum you know. |

Hey Matt,
I thought that too, but you can actually download all the parts to make your own remix, just for fun. Only thing that's missing is a midi file. |

I think I still have the parts somewhere Az, although from memory it wasn't the best remix pack in the world. |
