Coffee, expresso and all those other so-call drinks with lots of caffeine do the opposite to me... they all knock me out! Seriously.

Actually I've heard Vietnamese coffee is really strong lol. My friend took it once and he wouldn't stop talking for hours. It was like he was tweaking.

I workout almost everyday and I take frequent 20-30 min naps, along with living this lifestyle since I was 15

I pretty much have a momentum of being up from 5-6am to midnight M-F, then out till 4am-6am on the weekends.

Sunday is pretty much my sleep in day and sleeping in for me is like 11am the latest

napping before going out is my preferred method. catching a 3-hr nap on Friday afternoon is a great way to finish up a week before going out that night.
