| Can't you just make a new column to hold these altered values and then copy it out to a text editor (to copy only text and not the function), then copy back and replace the old column? |

| Best way to do this in my opinion is make a brand new spreadsheet (I always have a data sheet and just go have the list of names/numbers whatever on that sheet)...assuming joe smith starts on a2 and continues onto barb z at a30 use the formula on the new sheet. Just go =proper(a2) and then copy that formula down. I just tried it and it works like a charm. |
