iPod Video conversion

So I bought Quicktime Pro so I can convert video clips to put on my iPod. I tried exporting that Sasha and Digweed video from BA back in 2005. The video comes out great, but there is no sound. What am I doing wrong? What format do I need to export it to?

Format - place back in box in original packaging
Doing Wrong - return it to store and get your money back before its too late! |

It shows you the supported video and audio formats for the iPod.
I have found this process very time consuming, but it can be done.
I prefere to download iPod formatted clips from usenet. Let the pros upload what they know works... |
