hehe this job i actually work a total of like 2 MAYBE 3 hours a day but im here from 730 to 530. |

Smart move as long as you don't burn yourself out. Soccer is only seasonal so it's not a full year commitment but a commitment none the less. And dance, well I co-own the studio so I do what I do when I want to lol! |

ahh owning your own business is a great thing. its the best way to financial freedom. lots of tax breaks!
i wont burn myself out. i wont do this longer than 1 year. i only owe 3k on my credit card and i need about 2k to fix my car. plus the extra money from my normal job will be going to pay bills too. |

C'mon now. I think you're just homesick. Give it a year and give yourself to meet new people, party more, experience NY a bit more as a living situation. and you're sooooooooo close to TO!! |

the weather.. the uglyness..... this city is GRAY and grafitti all over the place.
i miss 10 min long rains.. palm trees..... mojitos.........
and FRIENDS + FAMILY.

Ya a year is perfect. I gave Toronto a year and...I'm still here. Don't be whiny about it though, don't be moody or depressed purposely because you don't like it. Try and make all the best out of being there. I'm sure you'll be able to pull of a year, we all know how fast a year can go by.
Want a hint? Plan something big every few months whether it'd be for you alone, you and your boyfriend or a huge event. That way you'll always have something to look forward to and time will zip by. |
