How heavily do you rely on TA for events information? (pg. 2)

| i only started going to the events on TA a couple months ago so there are a lot of places and smaller venues i havent checked out yet. so, unless someone i know finds out about an unlisted event id try to plan everything based on what is here. |

However, it is a good barometer to use to compare to other non-flash based sites -- lots of places lie through their teeth regarding their traffic and try to hide things (like showing you how many users are online).
TA receives about 600,000 visitors a month... not to be confused with hits - which is a useless metric, 1.8 million hits a day just sounds good.

as a promoter, i find that the TOTA event forum gets the best response out of any forum/event pages we post our parties on. we appreciate the free support Swamper :)
facebook is also a promoters dream when it comes to listing events/groups. |
