This is another example of typical human behaviour: people are bad at adapting to new situations. In other words, whenever something that has been pretty constant in the past changes, people find it stressful and generally a bad modification. This is a very important fact to realize if you are a team leader, manager or whatever... There is a certain amount of time which passes before people "accept" the change and if it's good, they'll never want to go back no matter who much they whined when the change took place.
I believe that this has something to do with the way brain organizes information, patterns and larger entities. "Radical" changes break critical links in your valuemap making it harder to reorganize new information and traceback existing data. =)
However, not all changes are good, but I like this one :) It brings her closer ;) |

Ahaa....nice..so im cool now? Thats what you said,
i think its funny that you think that i changed my name to be cool. i did it because i wanted to, and it was my first choice when i regestered but i couldnt have it. and i figured since i have such a presents here, seeing how this thread exists...lol...that i could ask the almighty swamper for a change. I happen to like the name, sorry if you think i went commercial or something, it was my daughters middle name before the movie took it, and yeah i do love the matrix but still, i think the same as Mindbender. And I'm still me there...no matter what name is.
