looking for minimal tribal house/techno

I'm looking for tracks that sound pretty slow and chilled but still have heavy tribal elements in them. Somewhat of a cross between tribal house that isn't very high in energy and minimal that isn't glitchy or dreamy.
The best example I can give you of what I'm looking for is Manuel De Lorenzi - Holiday in Hawaii (sample on beatport). No prominent bassline, no vocal sample, no lead melody, no twinkly bells, no farty bass, just pure percussion for 8 minutes - all this without being overly repetitive. It shifts between groovy plain beats, patterns of high and low hitting bongos and tac drums. Simply brilliant. |
