At Bal en Blanc, completly and i mean COMPLETELY dead tired. I promised I'd stay to hear Preach but toward the end of A&B's set I was so close to walking out and going to sleep. I was sober the entire event and by that point I just wanted to leave BUT I told Kelly I'd heard a bit of Preach. At 10am Preach came out and immediately BANGED the out of le Palaise. I went from leaning against the stage shooting dirty looks to anyone who attempted to talk to me TO smiling and dancing around like a psycho. I'm completely and utterly serious, by the time I looked at my watch it was 11:15am and I HAD to leave if I wanted to get to the airport in time. it felt awful leaving before hearing the end of his set so i stayed another 5min. i pulled myself away from the tech room and stood by the door until 11:40ish before i forced myself to leave. i still feel above & beyond had the set of the event but preach's set was :eyespop: :crazy: :eyespop: very very very close. if he plays the exact same set as he did at Bal en Blanc I find it difficult for anyone who likes tech trance to be disappointed.

I totally believe in you Kelly. But when the sometimes-cynical Wai says she couldn't leave the dancefloor when she had to board a plane in like 20 minutes, i just gotta check it out.
Plus, I'm a DJ Ho.

yo for realz, at like 11:30 I was loving the set so much, but my body was DONE so I put my hands up against the effin stage so I could keep dancing. LOL even when I tried to STOP dancing the man kept throwin it down....at one point I was like "please for gods sake play just ONE toon that sucks so I can stand STIILL for a second!!" lol NEVER have I thought that before!! lol wikked wikked wikked. And I remember his saying before the set "I hope you are not dissapointed" pfft. LOL ;) Wai was considering missing her damn flight. LOLOL we had to kick her ass out!
What a night, I hope he plays exactly how he did at bal, even IF shelter is not the same big-event feel as bal!!

lol omg I swear she was gonna miss her flight. She wanted to leave at like 11 LATEST I recall, and at 11:40 her ass was still around the corner!! LOFL!! I loved that!
*Edit: I know I am not a very reliable source because I seem to like all the parties....if I dont like the music, I dont waste the night I just go find people to party with! but I still dont get excited like this for nothing! lol*
PS: If anything, you can BE a DJ hoe that night.....the man has somethin for everyone... because even tho I love and respect him for his toonage, he is very easy on the eyes as well......for the girls who like to be a DJ hoe ;) :tongue2 :tongue2 :tongue2
