| ...of a nice, free, prog/trance bassline for Ableton live pro 6? im so very new to producing, I just need ideas on how to make my own bassline. Currently, im only using Ableton. I still have yet to research on hardware before I start ordering stuff. |

spot on ;)! Live actully has some really nice samplers and synths... I good thing as a new Live user is to go thru the inbuilt guided tutorial.. just a tip! or read the manual that comes with it... you can learn much this way!

if ur so new why are you buying hardware?? should u not learn the software first?
don't skip steps, i've seen it many times and many have fallen.
you got a lot of learning to do before you should look into buying hardware. just my 2 cents. |

| I think he's referring to VST plugins, and yeah, Operator can handle all of your FM bass needs if you own it. |
