Since they formed KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE in the beginning of the 90's, they have pioneered the way for the Japanese Jazz Cross Over music scene, and also built a successful following overseas. In 1994 they released their first production; a compilation CD entitled "KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE V.A" After that, in 2000 they signed with COMPOST RECORDS in Germany and released their first single "ECLIPSE". In 2002, they finally released their first album "SPIRIT OF THE SUN" which was received to widespread global acclaim. As well as their own works and compositions, they have also released a steady flow of remixes which have helped solidify their reputation as highly sought after producers. As DJ's, they have been playing regularly not only in Japan but all over the world including England, Germany, Italy, France, America and so on. Their unique sound and live performances continue to amaze and attract new fans from people all over the world.

In 2006 Shuya Okino released his first solo album "UNITED LEGENDS". He invited ten vocalists and ten producers to contribute to the album for which he composed all tracks. This album is remarkable as it was made by only communicating using Email, this unprecedented technique of making music has made it of special interest to the music scene.

Random Rabbit is a musical organism created by Andrew Provine, Adam Herbert, and Charles Pazinets. Based heavily in improv, the music is influenced by everything we have ever heard or experienced. The music often comes to life from one sound or note gradually building up to a tapestry of organic and electronic beauty. The music adheres to no formula or one single idea. We assume shapelessness and adapt only to change.

Random Rabbit's new album "The New Monument" is out now.
