I've been trying to configure sending MIDI data to my MS2000B, seeing as I don't have robot fingers haha, but the entire process is eluding me. I've tried a handful of settings, read the manual over and over, I'm totally lost, and yes, I've read the stickies.
Can anyone offer any insight? Just fyi my midi interface is a midisport 1x1. |

| I'm running FL Studio 7 Producer Edition, still lost. |

| ...and i also applied those exact settings on Ableton, save the midi channel which i configured both to channel 6, and nothing. |

| Is it actually enabled in settings/preferences or is it off? |

Why is it set to 6?
What channel is the MS2000 set to?
*Off top of head; I sold my MS2000 a short while ago.*
Global -> Page 3 = Midi, Midi Channel |

Oh because I was talking to a kid who owns a sh-101 and he said it was on channel 6, saw if my other ports were already being used or something.
I'm pretty sure MIDI is enabled because i can play notes on the keyboard and it registers in FL but not the other way around.
And yeah, both FL and my MS2000 are synced to 6, I knew about the global settings thing already. |
