Smashing Pumpkins, right before they started to suck...
just to name a few ... "Today", "Mayonaise", "Disarm", "Zero", "Bullets with Butterfly Wings", "Tonight, Tonight", and so on ..........
they were really really good back then. whenever i want to kick back and chill, i listen to either "siamese dreams" or "mellon collie and the infinite sadness"
Lilith
mmm Sonic Youth
Quench - Dreams
This song rocked, actually it was probably one of the first tracks that started getting me into electronic music, still have the CD single somewhere.
Bruce Springsteen - Streets Of Philadelphia
Not a big fan of Bruce S, this song has a certain passion to it though.
UB40 - Can't Help Falling In Love
aaaaaw... so sweet
House of Pain - Jump Around
Not a hiphop fan but this is kind of hardcore.

I am more of a "gish" and "siamese dream" gal. Never bothered with "infinite sadness".

Real McCoy-Another Night
Cheesy as , but I love it. Always went crazy to it when it played on the radio back in the days.
And perhaps my number one fav: Everything But the Girl-Missing (Todd Terry Remix). The first house track I ever heard.

The memories..
My ultimate 'I don't give a if I'm singing along far too loud in the car' song.
hey, i don't listen nor give a rats arse about roxette nor marie fredriksson or per gessle (err... sorta). however if you get down to the nitty gritty, for the drunken moments, you can never go wrong with some gyllene tider tracks of the 80's.
if you don't know what i'm talking about, then you probably shouldn't anyway

You're right, I don't know what you're talking about. I'll go with your advise and keep it that way :)
