Maybe this was the whole plan along. Guv's closing, but Charles says hes doing renovations, when hes actually renovating whats supposed to be Circa, and THAT is opening as the new GUV, i get it....

Guv's not going anywhere! Im sure it will stay put and the world can grow around what is already perfection! |
