| Of course - restaurant management is the next logical step from DJing. I'm surprised all of the top 100 DJs aren't doing it. All they really have to do is (a) find somebody who actually knows how to manage a restaurant, and (b) sign a contract whereby they plaster your name everywhere and pay you royalties. |

| I think the naming of the food is pretty gay, but I'm pretty excited to check it out while I'm in Holland...granted it doesn't postpone it's opening. I wonder how pricey it'll be! |
