How to create such drum track as Sander van Doorn does?

I have drum machine but couldn't understand how to do the same as Sander van Doorn does (Control Freak for instance). How to create the drum drive?
I start 1/16, kick for 1,5,9,13, hats for ??? ... :(
Does anybody could help? |
