What, no review yet. Those who left early are slackin on at least getting this started.. pfft. :rolleyes:

I had a late arrival to the party. I needed to catch up on a few hours sleep before heading out. Got there around 1130pm.
The club was unusually empty for a Friday night too.
Kris, that was the first time I had seen you play. You did an excellent job. Very SvD style, which I will definitely not complain about. It is too bad there wasn't more of a crowd out earlier, cuz I think more would have really enjoyed it as well.
I guess this means we'll just have to have ya back sometime.. think you can arrange that Dennis? ;)
(sorry for missing the beginning of your set and not answering my txt's while sleeping and ignoring you. lol ;))
Dennis, I was in need of a fix and you certainly helped me out with that one. Damn boy, I wish it was recorded. I honestly cannot say I have heard you play harder than you did tonight.:crazy: (keeping in mind I have missed a number of PR events in the last few months) I was very very impressed. All I have to say is that if I have used up all my energy and my body can't take tomorrow night, I am blaming you. :p
I am glad that I dragged myself out of bed and ended up coming out tonight. I saw some I haven't seen in a LONG while and I had great tunes. What more could one ask for?

Ya it definately was a bit emptier than I expected but.....that means more space to dance right? :toothless
Kris you dropped some really good in tracks, definately impressed me and I know for a fact if you had more ppl there during your time slot you would've had the place going mental. You need to come back man, gotta arrange that somehow!! I also loved how you would get so into your tracks too, throw your hands up with us and always had a big smile....way to go bud.
Dennis did a bang up job as well, played some great house tunes, some harder than others which really got people moving on the dancefloor.

It was a great night!! The purple room is like a 2nd home for me:D Kris and Dennis totally got me going!! Rev was lacking people last night...the puke smell that usually comes from the girls washroom wasn't there..very odd!!
I have a few pictures and a couple videos but i don't know how to post them...i'll get Stefan to do it for me!! Hope everyone had fun!!!:D |

Eh. It's the spring semester. I guess people went home!
Was very impressed by what I saw Kris. Good track selection, decent programming and love how you're so into the music. You gotta stop humping the mixer though ;)
Wish I could have stayed longer, but I was beat from work and I had to get up at 6:30am. :( |

Thanks Dennis for bringing me, I'm sure he could tell I loved being there as well as everyone else. I couldn't get the smile off my face if you kicked it off :D
I love hearing tunes on live system, and when you're in control of what's being played... well, I just wanna hump something! :happy2: And the mixer didn't seem to mind :tongue2
Really liked the vibe of the Purple Room. Everyone kept tellin me that I picked the wrong night to come, even Dennis because the mixer had a ed channel. But regardless if the place was packed to the or 4 people on the floor, there were some tunes I've been DIEING throw down, like 68 Beats - Replay the Night (Gabriel & Dresden Remix), Sidewinder, Crazy People & Cursed. Damn, I was just happy to play them all :p:D
