There are a lot of conflicting studies stating one side or the other. I personally think that the negative outweigh the positives, but that's me.
Here is an article that is pretty down the middle:
http://www.associatedcontent.com/ar...is_it_good.html |
cow's milk is much worse for you than soy.. more saturated fat, much more dangerous estrogens (bio-identical estrogens which unlike the phytoestrogens in soy are full agonists rather than partial agonists, hence studies showing soy preventing breast cancer), less antioxidant compounds.. phytic acid does prevent absorption, but it also prevents colorectal cancer and cow's milk inhibits a large amount of calcium intake, too (studies show that cow's milk can actually lead to osteoperosis rather than prevent it)
that said i love cheese. :toothless |

what im trying to say is that for some, its not.
soy can kill someone with very little contamination potentially. soy is good for you, but not a large basis. i think most 'milks' are potentially dangerous in large amounts.
that being said, cheeses are the bomb, especially the delicious ones, i cant eat the over processed cheeses so popular here anymore|
god my grammar has the sucks...im tired |

again, how can it be called milk if it doesn't come from a teet? it should be almond and rice juice. |
