Arrived 3 AM to see Tony Faline playing some semi cheese electro house. Saw Brian soon after and said hi, thanks again for putting us on the list! 3:30 Suzy comes on and drops this 2 tracks in...
Way Out West - Killa (Orkidea Rmx)
One of my favorite tunes of all time, what a way to start the night. She slowly picked it up with some nasty techy trance that got the floor moving....
Paul Webster - Corruption (Greg Downey Rmx?)
Later she starts dropping beautiful epic trance with massive breakdowns. A lovely bunch of tunes, perhaps some AvB tracks, I can't recall exactly... Not my favorite but...
Jahala - Why (Aly and Fila Rmx)
Mixing was ON POINT, every single mix was flawless. Suzy is such a treat to watch bc she LOVES what she does. I think she played one of her productions but I don't recall which one?
Venue isn't my favorite. Announcer boy blew some of the speakers for half the show w/ his "put your hands up in the aiiiirrrrr" trick. Finally the speaker kicked back in over an hour later. Even with all the speakers firing it's still a garbage sound system. Pretty solid crowd, lots of older people but they had fun too.
She ended @ 5:30 or so and we went strait to the beach for sunrise.

Yeah I had a blast that night too. The sound system was ok I guess, but Suzy's energy def made up for that. Opening and closing DJ's did play some cheese but kept the mood up. Some of the tune I remember Suzy playing were....

All in all I think it was a good night. I want to thank everyone again for coming out. J13 the sound system was pretty good on the stage ;-) but as mentioned it did cut on the dance floor for a bit. Props to Suzy for not allowing that to affect her performance. That club should have Suzy and Victor play there more often, as it seemed like the crowd was really digging the trance. Some other tracks she played not mentioned were by Ron Van Den Beuken,Luke Terry, Lee Haslam, DNS Project,Vincent De Moor's Flowtation - Signum Remix,Cosmic Gate (Celwins Consisciousness mashup) lots more. Will try to find the ids of the tracks later. |

I am really sad I missed out on this night!!! Jason was texting me throughout the night with all the tracks Suzy was playing and I kept kicking myself :( But glad to hear it went well :)

yeah, i had a great time that night:-)thanks to everyone who came out and supported the show. i was really surprised that the dance floor stayed packed when one of the main speakers cut out for so long. i guess that's a good sign that the audience was really digging trance... hehe! ;-)
