| during the course of the day, i start out with black tea in the morning, move to green day in the afternoon, and end with a white tea at night. if you guys ever have the chance, get silver needle. it's a delight flavored white tea that supposedly has the most antioxidents of any tea around. |

The Tetley Red Tea is basically Roybosh tea I think, and yes, very healthy, although I personally wouldn't touch Tetley with a barge-pole! |
