yeah i was on academic probation
on the plus side, i brought my gpa up by .5 last semester alone, and i'm doing even better this one :) |

The school I was working for ran out of money and shutdown on Friday. All the kids were crying and it took all my strength not to cry too. Couldn't believe how attached I had gotten, feels like I've had my heart ripped out. On top of that I wasn't given any warning so now I'm scrambling to find another job so I can pay my bills. I've gotten over the shock and just trying to keep positive and productive. |

The kids will be sent back to their respective public schools. I really feel bad for them because they come from problem backgrounds without dads or abuse in the family. The last thing they need is more instability it their lives. |

If it makes you feel better, my friend Mary failed a bunch of classes and had to do a fifth year at our school but shes got a job lined up right after graduation, which is in a few weeks.
Not that youre going to fail a bunch of classes. :p |
