went there a couple years ago, this city looks amazing. It's hot as hell especially in gold market(?).
It's incredible how those people are turning Dubai to a major Touristic / Futuristic city in order to prepare for petrol runout. |

ok imagine this ridiculous number, 40 million square feet of shopping area.
Now imagine that all office space in Downtown Montréal and surroundings (all office towers, big and small) total around 50 million square feet.
200 hundred thousand people work in those 50 million sqf.
Now imagine a shopping center/area of roughly the same size... its ridiculous, we'll see if it will work. |
