Arctic Wave Records, any other fans?

Ok, I just have to write something about my favourite label atm.
Arctic Wave is (pretty) new, fine label from Iceland that brought back my faith in prog. house. They've just released their 4th release Coldfish - Cycles EP, prog. breaks/mnml/tech-house record which is quite good in my opinion, but doesn't really represent the sound of the label, like some earlier releases (Crystal Sky, Things Left Unsaid and Glossow). Especially the latter one is amazing, both original and Funk Harmony Park remix. So if you're looking for some quality, fresh and melodic prog. house, Arctic Wave is a very good choice (this just sounded like a commercial:p).
So, anyone else likes them?? |

I like them :)
Especially liked their second and third release, Things Left Unsaid and Glossow but I haven't checked out their newest. They deliver a decent blend of prog, melodic, tech and mnml stuff and that's probably the main reason why I like them so much. Though, I would even like them more if they decided to release all their tracks on vinyl in stead of only some of them. |
