I feel ty today (no pun there) and the only thing i've done differently in the last couple of days is eat about a kilo of fresh strawberries now the nice variety is in season. Are they responsible for my upset stomach or are they actually really good for me :p

How well did you wash them? Perhaps there were some pesticides still left over?

Seep the LEAVES in hot water, like tea, trust me, it's one of the best natural laxatives.

i washed them pretty well. like i wash my salad stuff. I'm picking another lb up in a minute, but i'll wash those extra well. The variety we get here in the spring-summer is the best in the world, so i'm not missing out on the freshness :D

I believe too much of anything could result in a laxative effect considering the body will eventually try to purge itself of all the food en mass.

Solution: triple up on the recommended daily dosage of death spores and remorse starch.

Yup, fruits in general with their high fructose contents can tend to cause bowel movements..

i dont think its the strawberries themself.. i think its the spray what the farmer had put on them to prevent insects, birds etc from eating them. just wash them a bit better next time. i could be wrong though.

How did I know you were going to post somewhere else concerning another person's bowel movements?
