| I have klipsch 2.1's, they rule. If you can afford it, get klipsch 5.1's. THX certification baby! |

| My friend used to have some creative speakers but then decided to sell them and got some klipsch. And yeah klipsch are some great speakers but if you can find some get the logitech 4.1 z-560. They are about 180 in US dollars but has 400watts and is cheaper than klipsch. And i must say they sound good and i wish i had some money to waste one them :) Oh yeah and the subwoofer that is on the logitech kills klipsch. |

I have Klipsch Promedia v5.1's.
If you can afford it, $399 + S&H, they will blow any other away. They just own, period. Of course, they cost major bank, so think about the investment. |

If you aren't planning on playing for the neighbours, then a pair of quality headphones will run you less then a pair of top end speakers, and will sound just amazing. When mixing music or producing, the quality is top notch. Something to think about ...

I think that the last suggestion is the best! Nothing beats good headphones.
The experience becomes so much greater with headphones.
I have Koss Porta Pro and damn! The Bass and Treble is so smooth!
You can crank those babys up!! |
