the only (few) places that i know of that have designated zones for hookers are in europe, and I don't think any North American cities come close to the liberalism they have over there. |

$600? Damn, I guess if it's unregulated the prices are crazy. From what I've seen in Amsterdam it's $50 EU for a half hour, 80 EU for an hour...*ahem*
As for this councilor...good idea, on the island though? Mebbe it'll shut up the islanders...bad idea though because NOBODY wants to take a ferry over there for something like that unless they're super desperate. |
